Cancellation Policy – Detail City LTD

At Detail City LTD, we strive to provide every client with the highest standard of service. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all customers, we ask that you review our detailed cancellation and rescheduling policy below.

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.

  • This policy allows us time to reallocate your booking slot to another client.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if done at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a rescheduling fee.

  • We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time.

3. No-Shows

  • Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without any notice will be considered a no-show.

  • In the event of a no-show, you may be charged the full cost of the service or forfeit your deposit.

  • Multiple no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

4. Deposits

  • Some services, such as ceramic coating or full detailing packages, may require a deposit to confirm your booking.

  • Deposits are applied toward your final bill but are non-refundable if you cancel or fail to attend your appointment without proper notice.

5. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • In the event of extreme weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances, Detail City LTD reserves the right to reschedule your appointment.

  • If we must cancel due to such circumstances, we will work with you to set a new appointment at no additional cost.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the agreed time and location.

  • If we arrive and cannot complete the service due to blocked access, unsafe conditions, or other preventable issues, the booking may be treated as a cancellation.
